VFE Craftable Cleaning Kits

Description
Adds a crafting recipe for the gun cleaning kits.

This gives a level of self-sufficiency and realism when it comes to firearm maintenance. You shouldn't need to find specific materials for basic cleaning.

The recipe is based on a simple method utilizing a bore snake, water and patches. It really doesn't take much to keep a gun clean.

An aiming level of 3 was added as a requirement to reflect the required knowledge.

@ReadyForTheDevil I don't use B41 Firearms nor do I really care to make a mod for it. However, making this mod was very easy and you could probably do something similar for B41 Firearms just as easily. You can use this mod as a guide if you need somewhere to start.
