I've found a lot of them can have the same parts but different body styles

IE for skeleton do

Skeleton Head, x2 Skelton Legs (unarmoured), Skeleton Sword and Skeleton Shield

Can do the same for Zombie, Orc Skeleton and Orc, just make sure all the body parts are similar

IE Zombie Head, x2 Zombie Legs, Zombie Sword and Zombie Shield (Again make sure either all parts are armoured, or non armoured, no mixing)

Like half of these don't work for me but it seems like it might be a bug more than it is anything you've shown to be wrong. :( I've tried most of the skeleton ones and no dice at all, which sucks.
