Combat tips

Hello these are the following tips you might wanna follow to live longer during a battle

1. Keep your head low.

Assaulting or defending a position, keep your head low by crouching or proning, standing out or running around will make you easy to spot and you will be targeted quickly, in combat do the same, stay close to bushes or forested areas to become harder to see, running or walking is loud and will make your enemy alerted.

2. Smoke cover.

if you are being fired on from a position or from far away, use smokes to cover your path to make the enemy not know where you are going and to make them no longer see you, however if they are still shooting at your position get to a prone position and check your surroundings where you could make a easy exit

3. I don't see I don't shoot.

When moving into a enemy point don't discharge your weapon unless you've spotted a enemy, if you discharge your enemy with out seeing them then you've alerted them that you are here and that you are close or far away, same thing can be done with smoke covers, don't waste your ammo on a cloud of smoke, they could have left or in cover waiting to get you.

4. Clearing buildings.

If a enemy force is inside a building the first thing you need to do is check the windows or where they are firing from or what part of the building they are in, throw grenades inside the windows of where the enemy is and when the blast has gone off enter the house with your rifle ready and slowly clear the rooms, don't rush inside as either the enemy will fire on you or know you are inside.

5. Avoid fights you can't win.

if you are alone or you have spotted a large enemy force or a tank avoid making contact with them and report it to your team.

6. peaking.

Don't stay out in the open, use cover and peak out to check if it's clear.

7. frag out!

if a enemy is in a trench or is using a bunker, take out your grenades and cook them for 2 seconds and throw it at the enemy when the blast goes off go and clear the point.

8. don't stay in one group.

Stay a bit far away from each other, if you are moving as one group the enemy will spot you, and tanks and apc's love these types of groups.

9. flanking.

If attacking a point and you spot a group of enemy forces, throw frags and flank them to get them by surprise.

10. Give them hell.

If the enemy is attacking your point, give them hell, do what you can to do as much damage to them as you can and hold them there for as long as you can.

11. Tank hunting.

If you are a AT man and you see a enemy tank that's moving or is standing flank them and use your AT weapon or the satchel charges (Women carry bags) or your AT frags, throw the Bag or the Frag at the engine, this will disable the tank or damage it so it can be more easy to take down, if using a AT weapon line up your shot and firing either at the engine or at the hull of the turret, if you see a Enemy crew man peaking out or outside of his tank fire at him, enemy tanks most of the time have 1-2 crewmen.

12. Artillery incoming!

If you hear the sounds of artillery cannon or a mortar going off hit the ground and stay down and head to a building of a trench, wait for the shelling to end and be ready.

13. Boom head shot.

As a sniper be in a very good position, bushes, or towers or building windows with a very open view of the area, pick out your targets and fire, target squad leaders, squad leaders might carry smg or Semi auto rife's, target tank crew men peaking out as well, and change positions if you are sure the enemy knows where you are, don't stay in a spot for too long.

14. listen to your squad leader and your team mates

listening to your squad leader is key along with your team mates, follow orders and use your mic.

15. My weapon is ready and I am ready to shoot.

Always keep your weapon ready when entering a fight and be careful to who you fire at.

16. Attention! Sniper at work!

If you see a sniper or a bullet lands close to you, get behind cover and seek a building, peak out to check where your enemy is, they will most likely be in bushes, or towers or building windows with a very good view of the area,

The signs of a sniper

1. officer being targeted
2. a hit against the background of a noise
3. any bullet to the head
4. single shots fired

17. choosing your target

If you are a rifleman and you are engaging a rifleman then it's good to go for the kill, however if it's a smg stay away and keep your distance and try picking them off, same thing with MG's expect keep your head low and wait for the right chance to get them.

18. don't waste your ammo

Don't spray your weapon at your enemy or shoot at nothing, if you are putting up covering fire then it's okay.

19. Always reload.

If you've used your weapon on a enemy reload, don't go walking around with half a clip or a mag it will get you killed, same thing with captured enemy weapons, reload them.

20. hip firing.

hip firing from a far is not recommended, however if you are up close and you are very close to a enemy quick drawing will happen and so it's best to not aim and spray the enemy.

21. Knife time

When you spawn always have your bayonet on the gun because sudden up close combat can happen and bayonet make the melee range longer, and when you are doing melee aim for the head it will be a insta kill.

22. Shooting from cover

choose your firing spot carefully enough to protect your legs, chest, and your arms, don't fire from a wide angle where you can be shot from some where you're not looking.

23. bugs

When you arrive at a place with targets, get down, and do 1-2 second peaks before jumping the gun to engage. I like to crouch and use A and D to go left and right which raises your character up a bit over small walls to see. Look at your target, get down, remember where he was, get back up and kill him. This should be like a one, two, and done process. Don't get up and shoot if its a riflemen whos sitting there weapon aimed looking at you and waiting. Reposition. If it really is a riflemen, 9/10 times he sucks at shooting anyways, so you can prolly just rush him too. (credit to 23)

if you are caught in a reload animation in a bad spot
just spam the drop key and pick it back up
