Click the first smaller box on the main menu. this will open the options

Step 2.

Move over 1 spot to the rightt with E to get on to the Display section of the options menu. Then go to the 3rd option and change it to your preferred language using the arrow keys.

Step 3.

You should be all done and ready to play in your available language. God Bless America.
