Good, me too. But I managed to figure it out so you guys don't have to.

S-Rank Conditions:
Carry Jefuty to the specific node within 50 turns.
Break 8 Thin Ice blocks.
Pick up all supplies (only 1 supply on this map).

In this map, you will have to complete all three objectives in order to achieve an S-rank. Follow the exact path shown in this video. As far as I know, there's no other alternative route at the current moment.
