WAS THERE EVER A MALE INFECTED LOD? IDK.
I assume it changes worldmodels of items that you havent picked up to a lower poly one when far away, thus providing some FPS boost.
if you have modded items, you may be able to make that item override by subscribing to this first and then re-subscribe to your chosen mods (thus changing the load order).
