While being on the Pirate Ship, press "↑" "↓" "→" "←" "↑" (maybe repeat the whole thing once) to get all members instantly.
Trader(cloak girl)
To unlock the Trader's scene, you should just go talk to her without talking to anyone else before. Thanks to Joko for that info!
