This submod overwrites the MCT options for the great Loreful Strategic Threat mod by IfThenOrElse. The dropdown for the faction and cultural penalties are replaced with a slider. The slider can vary from 1 to 100, offering a wider range than the original configuration.

I wanted to make the diplomatic relationship penalties greater, so that the AI would fight their neighbors more.

Requires the original mod. Also requires MCT, otherwise it does nothing.

@Nebnii There might be a tooltip in the MCT which explains it, but yes I believe that is the case. Rather than a flat diplomatic penalty, that penalty will increase over time the longer they own it.

What does cumulative penalties do exactly? If a lizard takes altdorf, they take increasingly penalties for just owning?
