Fire Attacks: Plague Doctor Version

This patch reworks the Plague Doctor a tiny bit as well as add a fire attack.

- Disorienting Blast removed
- Replaced with Magnesium Rain: Quad target attack with a -50% dmg mod. Applies +25% Fire attack dmg debuff to each unit hit
- Reduced PD speed by 2
- Emboldening Vapours can no longer target self
- Emboldening Vapours now also applies the buffs to the PD as well as the target
- (NOT YET IMPLIMENTED) adds storage room key from DD2. Which adds a resto effect to Emboldening Vapours


This is a REWORK and won't work with other REWORKS of the Plague Doctor. In part since the plague doctor's fire attack skill from DD2 is not in DD1.

Place this mod above Fire Attack Core.

This will *not* work with any other mod that reworks the plague doctor.
