The purpose of this guide is to provide a strategy of how to finish every offering as fast as possible(my fastest is around mid second spring and I lack only gator gar.). However, it is not to provide the information of how to get each offering ingredients. There is another guide that excellently do so which is Offering Guide , and I really suggest you to use it along with this guide.

I write this guide from my experience and mistake.I delete at least eight save and reload the save at least 50 times before coming to the last save of which I am satisfy with the result. However, this might not be the final version of this guide since I might find another way to optimize ,but I am sure for now that if you follow this guide or at least some part of it ,your offering completion will be much easier.

Morever,I try to write this as story spoiler free, so you should not concern about the freshness of game event unless you toggle the spoiler part.

Spring crop: Wasabi and morel are easy to find by foraging.Turnip and daisy are available initially.The tricky part is carrot. You should buy four carrot seed in first day of spring. One is for worst case when crow strike. Another three is for offering, town errand and shipping respectively(you are required to ship every crop for achievement).

Summer crop:The hardest part will be bronze sunflower ,but if you upgrade your crop once in laboratory and use fertilizer II along with planting eight of sunflower seeds, it will be no hassle to get. Other offering of this altar is just normal crop and forageable.

Fall crop: Just do not pick barley instead of rice, and you will be fine.
Winter crop: Nothing special.

Sea forageable: Nothing special. you should get everything while cleaning ocean floor.

Resource: I would suggest you to choose only single type of seed ,since seed can be used to craft candy which is the most viable early game stamina source.

Fresh water fish and salt water fish: Upgrade your rod to silver before 10th of summer and you will be fine.

Rare fish: Gator gar is our biggest problem. I can not catch it during first spring ,so I do not know what to do. Moreover, I do not think it is possible to catch it first spring unless you have enough luck. Since it is only available when raining and its rarity is rare.(Upgrade your rod and wait for rain around end of spring.If you catch it during that rain ,congrats you will finish all offering at mid-winter)

Insect: The hardest part is tiger beetle since it is available only spring. There is two advice from me. First, level your catching during raining at 3rd of spring. Once you reach level two get light feet from mastery and craft crawling insect scent. Second, insect do move the same way while its alert gauge is being filled, so if you position yourself to sneak(hold use button down while walking) toward insect while it walk toward you ,thus make closing distance easier. Using this two advice along with some practice ,you will catch tiger beetle with only wood net.

Sea critter: Nothing special, those sea critter alert rate is slow catching them only require positioning.
Another tip for this altar is you can clone insect using insect house and fish using fish pond(even though I do not use for both)

Coop: You should plan to get coop before end of spring.Mine was around 20th.
Barn: Get it before end of spring. Mine was around 28th. However, my goat came around mid summer.

Artisan: Nothing special, the only advice is you do not need to craft mayonnaise machine(receive from mailed gift) and dehydrator(receive from sea forageable altar)

Cooking: Keep tomato from summer and grow rice in fall. Again beware not to pick barley instead of rice.

Fruit: Grow an rambutan(buy from Sam store around 20th spring) and an dragon fruit(receive from 70 museum donate) use fertilizer II(from tree plating fest) with it along with a step seedling upgrade at summer from Ling laboratory. Next in summer buy and grow an apple sapling. Lastly, in fall,grow an cocoa seedling and lemon seedling.Then, upgrade sapling to silver quality at Ling lab to ensure silver quality apple.

Monster loot: Nothing just grind.

Rare resource: Easiest in this altar. Just gather the resource.

Rare artisan: Buy pig and goat before 20th summer(I do not recall exact time of mine but for me this altar is done around mid fall), pet it every day. Gather titan arum in fall. it is very rare so gathering is luck based.

Rare cooking:This require the most preparation ,and I suggest you to do checklist ,so you do not have to used second resort like I did. The requirement is
-Keep a sugar cane from spring for syrup.
-Keep two coral tall coconut from summer.(if you forget to do so visit Ben caravan it might be sold there or wait till winter for coconut de mer)
-Keep a Kriracha sauce from summer.
-Plant apple sapling in mid summer.
-Build mill at the end of summer.
-Plant lemon seedling at 1st fall.
Incase you need second alternativeApple pie is sold at harvest festival. Serabi is sold at Fishensips. Pad thai is sold at new year festival. Es Cendol is gifted from Surya in fall. Vegan taco is gifted from Emma ,Dippa ,and Dinda

Rare gem: Grinding. I advise you to keep a gem until you reach level 10 in combat to use those gem with slime of replication, since they are rare gem you need a duplicate for museum donation ,or if you do not need donation then do not halt.(PS. the winter fair shop is bugged so anyone who plan to get diamond there like me.Change your plan)(Another PS. I do not know whether NPC gift system is bugged. Because after I marry, I receive no item gift from NPC. So you should have second plan if you plan to get it from Nina/Luke 8 hearts gift )

The next two is notorious for stopping us from finishing in first year. I will start from easier one first.

Rare ranching product: Llama and luwak is available at rank B ,so if you reach rank B at mid-fall you will nail this.

Rare crop:Coffee is the earliest. Two step(or three) crop upgrade along with fertilizer II should do the trick.The Hardest might be cactus since it require rank B town. You need 2608 point to reach rank B according to wiki(I do not remember the number). Here is how to nail it, finish all sea cleaning ,that is 1000 point. then complete 18 altar(everything but fish altar,winter crop,rare gems and rare crops) which is 940 (45*18+30+30+30+40(I fully complete advance altar))point.Now you need 668 point which you should be able to fulfill using museum donate.If everything go according to this plan you will get cactus seed around day 13 which is enough to plant it. Other than that is easier since you have more time to upgrade seed and all other seed available under B rank. Another tip if you miss any of this crop be sure to purchase 8 seed of the crop and wait for green house after complete crop altar and grow the missing crop there even though it might be late but you still get it before winter end.
Actually I miss the the fruit since I forgot to grow a rambutan,so have to choose almond instead. Then I messed up again choosing barley instead of rice ,but anyway manage reach rank B before the end of fall and buy the seed to grow it in green house.
