Mega Colonization

Opis
Change the daily colonization progress limit from 2% to 100%, shortening the 50 days per cell to 1 day. Yes it is a colonization cheat. To achieve its limit would be better to combine with my modifier cheat Mega Colonization (or something like that) in the Advanced Cheat Menu + "Updated".

Mods in Victoria 3 work with achievements. The only times I know of where you can't get achievements are in multiplayer and in debug mode.This mod is achievement compatible.

now i can had it to my save game and have the great colony of Newfoundland colonize all of the new world plus Albania just like real life.

Also, the mod's decisions are broken.

This mod breaks other decisions (e.g., Remove the Opium Ban for China).
