Fire Attacks: Gem Hunter Patch

This patch makes it so the Gem Hunter uses the Runaway's Fire Attacks mechanic. Some scaling has been changed/removed to increase teambuilding balance.

Place this mod above Runaway and Gem Hunter. Make sure Runaway is above Gem Hunter.

This patch does the following things...

- Sparkler Slip is now a Fire Attack that buffs crits received from Fire Attacks.
