Tranquilizer M9

Opis
Yet another MGS weapon, the M9 featured in MGS2 and MGS: The Twin Snakes. Use it to tranquilze players, but be careful: only a direct hit to the head will instantly knock them out.

This does not work on NPCs.

The M9 model itself is from GameBanana: http://hl2.gamebanana.com/skins/43535 All credits to those awesome guys.
The silencer is also from GameBanana: http://gamebanana.com/models/3167 Again, credits to those guys.

I personally hacked the silencer onto the M9 model as well as modified it to use c hands.
