Step by step:
1. Download Level Launcher for Outlast https://www.dropbox.com/s/jd0q9f3mc74jxmv/Level_Launcher.Bat
2. Drop Level Launcher to Outlast Main Directory
3. Open Level_Launcher.bat
4. Drop Erector Folder from archive in Custom (in outlast directory)
5. In Level Launcher type - play Erector

Use Tilde (~) to open menu

F1 - Player Debug Menu

F2 - Free Camera

F3 - Show Level Information

F4 - Show FPS

F5 - ?

F6 - Create teleport point

F7 - Teleport to point
