First of all this is just recorded from one playthrough, the prices do vary but at the very least what is the cheapest is the same.

But to get to the point, here is the relevant information.

Each drug's cheapest location:
Acid: San Francisco
Cocaine: Miami
Crack: Chicago
Ecstasy: Atlanta
Heroin: Dallas
Meth: Denver
Shrooms: Los Angeles
Weed: San Francisco

Each drug's best location to sell:
Las Vegas, basically.

More specifically
Acid: Las Vegas
Cocaine: Las Vegas
Crack: Los Angeles
Ecstasy: Las Vegas
Heroin: San Francisco
Meth: Atlanta
Shrooms: Las Vegas
Weed: Las Vegas

For most people, the information relevant to you is above. Though for those interested, I will share the raw numbers I had recorded of the one playthrough. I don't know how useful it will be because the prices are not static (Though unlike in New York, it does seem like it changes very slowly if at all during a playthrough.) but there may be a pattern of where things might be the second best to sell and etcetera that could be nice for those wanting to maximize as much as they can.

I don't have what the prices were like in New York, but that also can wildly change within the span of even an ingame day, so I don't think that would be useful even to compare to
But hopefully the information of all the other cities together does give the vague sense of what the average is.

I will also mark the cheapest price there with a ☆ and the most expensive (so sell there) price with a $

It's interesting how some of the cheapest drugs (Acid, Shrooms, Weed) are all the way on the other side of the states. It's strange, because when it becomes worthwhile to trek to, you'd probably be too far in the game to make it really useful. It could be cool if there was ever a way to pick a start zone and that's something you could keep in mind, but being the furthest makes it just really unviable to haul any of those from Cali all the way to New York.

I'd say a good rule of thumb though when you get to hauling, buying the cheapest of whatever drug on the east coast will sell well over in the west coast. Something I like to do is

Go to Atlanta -> Buy max Ecstasy -> Go to Miami -> Sell max Ecstasy -> Buy max Cocaine -> Go to Denver -> Sell max Cocaine -> Buy max Meth -> Go to Vegas -> Sell max Meth -> Go to San Fran -> Buy max Shrooms -> Go to Vegas -> Sell max Shrooms -> Go to Denver -> By max Meth -> Go to Atlanta -> Sell max Meth. Repeat this circle as much as you wish.

Though there is also smaller circles you can loop too. Here is the ones I'd do

Atlanta to buy Ecstasy and sell Cocaine, Miami to buy Cocaine and sell Ecstasy
San Francisco to buy Acid, Las Vegas to sell Acid
