Aiming is cs:go is half of the game, the other being teamwork and communication.

In-game tactics:
You need to have a constant headshot area crosshair placement in-game and perferably a low sensitivity to increase your chances of being to follow the head easier.

Real life tactics:
If you have friends, lose them. If you have a girlfriend, (which we all know you dont, but if you do) lose her. If you have a social life, lose it. If you have a job, lose it. And most importantly, if you don't already have a sh!t bucket underneath you at all times, get one. All this plus playing CS:GO at least 20 hours a day will significantly improve your aim.

From experience I tried using the deagle for about 20 minutes, only to find while my mind was on the game and learning how to aim, I had accidently gone 12 days without leaving my computer and continued playing ♥♥♥♥ with the deag.
