These achievements are from Ubisoft Connect

are these ingame achievements? as far as I know FC3 doesnt have steam achievements or am I wrong?

Yes, I think so. I managed to do co-op achievements long time ago.

Didn't co-op servers shutdowned? I was trying to complete co-op mission around 1.5 years ago - I think they were up but the quality of service was super bad - constant disconnection to state that you cannot even play with your friend
