My k***ht armor combos for the most chivalric look in Dark Souls 2

Not a comprehensive list, just all the armor combos I discovered myself. The main requirement was matching color schemes of armor elements, so the pieces looked like they actually come in one armor set, and somewhat historical look, so there is not much fantasy-ish armors.
