Alright tell me why already I want FACTS
Let's start with the basic
Blood rage increases all incoming and outgoing damage by 40%
So, if you hit the unit with the debuff for 100 damage, it will take 140 damage, and since blademail returns damage AFTER reductions, it means you will be returning full 140 damage.
Now this is the good part, the damage return from blademail is AMPLIFIED by 40%, no matter if it's you or the enemy who have the debuff, hell you could even cast it on a tanky ally who likes to buy blademail, like centaur and watch the tears flow.
Combat log and MATHS
No blood rage
Zeus hits Bloodseeker with Lightning Bolt for 262 damage (1507->1245).

Blood rage on
Zeus hits Bloodseeker with Lightning Bolt for 367 damage (1339->972).

Blood rage AND blademail
Zeus hits Bloodseeker with Lightning Bolt for 367 damage (1058->691).
Bloodseeker hits Zeus with Blade Mail for 514 damage (1365->851).

Bonus:
Blood rage, blademail and mom
Zeus hits Bloodseeker with Lightning Bolt for 446 damage (1669->1223).
Bloodseeker hits Zeus with Blade Mail for 624 damage

Lightning bolt deals 262 AFTER reductions, bloodrage increases it by 40%, so:
262 * 1.40= 366.8 rounded up to 367

Now blademail will return 367 PURE damage that will be AMPED by 40% thanks to bloodrage
367 * 1.40 = 513.8 rounded up to 514
Conclusion
Get blademail
Get Hp/STR items
Cast bloodrage on enemy
Cast rupture on enemy
Cast nuke
Pop blademail
Pray they don't TP away

or like I said early, bloodrage a tanky ally who bought blademail, like axe or centaur.

Al'za, before 6.85 they would die before they could TP away most of the time anyways, since BS hits like a truck.

PNN.Valkyrie.... I think you have your maths wrong too, but I hope you will correct me if I am wrong. The 367 appears to be taking into account 1 blood rage, so I think you have one too many *1.4.

No Blood Rage Zeus hits for 350 *0.75 (I think 25% is base magic resist)

assuming blood rage on zeus and BS you would have:

350 *0.75 * 1.4 * 1.4 = X damage to Blood seeker

With Blademail on, you will see that Bloodseeker will then return X damage * 1.4 to zeus who will receive an additional 140% damage:

X *1.4 *1.4 = 1.96 X

So, essentially, it seems like blademail is good on bloodseeker in the current meta because it will deal 1.4 x the damage if he has bloodrage on himself, or 1.96 x the damage if the target also has bloodrage on.

However, I think we can all agree that Eblade Dagon 5 is the only viable bloodseeker build kappa.

Dear Sir, i would upvote your Mini Guide, but you did not seem to notice that you can cast bloodrage on both bloodseeker and zeus. It would look like 367 * 1.4 *1.4 *1.4 *1.4, for a total of nearly 1.4k damage. The bolt would have an increase from blood rage on zeus, damage taken on blood will be increased from the increase on blood, while the blademail willl return and increased 40 outgoing from blood and finally zeus receives an additional 40 percent on top of everything else from the bloodrage on himself.
