No Blood Rage Zeus hits for 350 *0.75 (I think 25% is base magic resist)
assuming blood rage on zeus and BS you would have:
350 *0.75 * 1.4 * 1.4 = X damage to Blood seeker
With Blademail on, you will see that Bloodseeker will then return X damage * 1.4 to zeus who will receive an additional 140% damage:
X *1.4 *1.4 = 1.96 X
So, essentially, it seems like blademail is good on bloodseeker in the current meta because it will deal 1.4 x the damage if he has bloodrage on himself, or 1.96 x the damage if the target also has bloodrage on.
However, I think we can all agree that Eblade Dagon 5 is the only viable bloodseeker build kappa.
