Akuma time
All you must do is go into any level.

Set Fofino to his default outfit.

Then go back into his other outfit selection and hit left x4, right x3, left x2, and right x1.

Then the outfit should be unlocked!

This secret was hidden in their dev post March 9th as seen in this brightened photo showing the arrow code on the cat shadow.

Jade Arrives
Same exact steps as Fofino however there are a couple more inputs.

Set Lily to her default outfit.

Then go back into her outfit selection and hit left x5, right x4, left x3, right x2 and left x1.

Then the outfit should be unlocked!

Tried it out and you don't need every costume unlocked to make it work. (I have beaten the first two areas, but haven't touched the Beach yet.)
