You have basically everything you need for a top tier charge team already! Support passives are generally not super important in the game, outside of gimmicks like solo runs of hard content, especially for charge teams. In story content, it's difficult to actually hit the ego resource/resonance thresholds to actually trigger them, and in mirror dungeon, you don't really need them.
Your core is W-Don, W-Ryoshu, W-Hong Lu, then you'll want to decide who else to invest resources in. Unfortunately, charge teams are very reliant on investment (e.g. W-Meur goes from being a dogshit, borderline unusable, unit that has a skill 3 that clashes at a maximum of 9 at uptie 3, to having one with a max of 24 at uptie 4 + his regret EGO passive).
I'd add R-Heath, N-Clair, and any Faust (get fluid sac to threadspin 3 as your #1 priority, if you don't already have it! also don't get W-Faust, she's awful), and swap R-Ishmael in for N-Clair when you can get her to uptie 4.
