Introduction
Hello all, this is a guide to augmentations & mutations. This guide is to tell you what they do and how well they do them. However, this guide is rather shallow as I have not experienced every single event and am only piecing together evidence of several starter characters. If you have more information to add to this guide, please leave a comment on this guide and I will add you. Please keep in mind that roleplay serves a large part in this game, min/maxing may leave you bored. The ??? after events/mutations means I have not yet found the outcome and welcome anyone with information. The ; separates events.

Augmentations: Here is a list of all starter augmentations (minus neural interface). Please note that raised skills only raise when one skill is higher than the other two (if all three are the same level, level will not be raised).

Tier List
This is my personal tier list for all the augmentations and mutations (I will expand upon these at a later date). Keep in mind I have not fully tested all of the mutations:

S Explanation:
Metalphile provides some negative events, but the debuffs provided is pretty negligible.
Unusual Feet is the only negative mutation that provides an increase to a stat (Sta). The negative events associated with this mutation are also pretty negligible.
Poison Tipped Tail provides a lot of skill buffs and a unique tool for combat and/or sexual encounters!

F Explanation:
Weak Skin makes you get injured way more, and random events include injuries that take real life days to recover from!
Poor Concentration provides incredibly annoying random events that cripple your charisma and more importantly your alertness, further limiting what you can do that in game day. Separated Hemispheres can help offset the alertness debuff.
Low Body Temperature provides really annoying debuffs that trigger often. Note that I have only tried this trait out in the Winter with the base game clothing, this mutation is likely not bad during hotter seasons or with much more clothes on.

The Unusual Feet are C-F tier now, just random busted feet (no prevention) within the first 12 days of play. Healing takes 18 days, longer than I've played. If it happens monthly, you're playing a cripple who can't train.

The cold body is better in summer as it turns the too hot into a positive event giving you enthusiasm, but is still not worth the debuffs you get from drawing the mutation in Life.

xox The Tail is my favorite by far. Cannibal is hard to pull off without knowing where to get bodies and a constant source of human meat if you aren't raising your combat skill though.
