I finished overtime late into the night and started feeling unwell on my way home, so I used the restroom in this park. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my medication, so I'm feeling a bit mentally strained right now. I often see scary hallucinations where monsters attack me when I'm under excessive stress. In those times, I put myself in self-hypnosis in my mind and take out a gun to defeat the attacking monsters.

When I leave this park, my apartment where I live is nearby, so if I see hallucinations (monsters), I'll use the gun to defeat them.

Oh, right. I created an ally in my mind with imagery. I don't know if they'll be helpful, but they'll probably contribute to relieving me of this difficult time.
