then open the "generals" application
I think it helps to point out that the file is not from System32 - its inside the data file of Command and Conquer where Steam ends up installing it
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Generals - for mine
you gotta download it as a zip file and make sure you put those files on to documents where Data files are stored*
1. Uninstall Generals/GZH
2. Delete the game folders in your 'Documents'
3. Reinstall Generals/GZH
4. Enjoy
Apart from the obvious few brain cells, what am I missing?
