First of all you have to play as survivor before you can buy a Item so very simple after Starting the game you press on play and after that you press on Survivor

Chose a Survivor
You have to choose a Survivor you want to play as just press on the Survivor you want to play as


Press on Bloodweb
Now you have to press on Bloodweb you find it left on your Screen

Buy Item
And now the only thing you have to do is Pressing on the Item you want to buy but make shure you got enough bloodpoints
