General changes:

Metro-Police:
• Armband, symbol on back of vest recolored in HL:A style
• Fixed crooked texture of gloves
• Restored missing boot soles
• Some areas of texture are darkened and lightened
• Glowing parts of gadgets: added new & restored, turn off when killed
• Glow of goggles is randomly off, on (usually blue, rarely orange)
• Reflection capability of environment & light

Combine Shotgunner:
• Fixed low contrast of the whole texture
• Standardized parts of uniform
• Glowing parts of gadgets: added new & fixed, turn off when killed
• Glow of goggles is randomly off
• Reflection capability of environment & light

Prison Guard:
• Shotgunner's emblems are recolored red
• Standardized parts of helmet
• Glowing parts of gadgets: added new & fixed, turn off when killed
• Glow of goggles is randomly off
• Reflection capability of environment & light

Combine Soldier:
• Glowing parts of gadgets: added new & fixed, turn off when killed
