Simple Teleporter

A simple teleporter composition tied between two objects, use the scrollwheel to transport yourself from one location to the other. Does not require any mods or mission scripts, but transports based on terrain level, so cannot be used to teleport into the air or above water such as onto the carrier or a spacecraft.
