So now you are level 50, what I need you to do is to get the best parts for your car, the best upgrades are the "Elite" or "Elite+" parts and the track ones and of course the race tires. Now you need to go at night to race, you need a 350+ race, after you finish the race you will get heat 3, if you didn't, no problem! Just make a "Speed trap" or just get chased by a cop or wrecked him. IF YOU CAN'T ESCAPE THE COPS JUST GO TO THE HIGHWAY or THE BEST WAY Palm City Raceway NEAR YOUR MAIN GARAGE (the oval shape road on the map). After you lose the cops just search the map for "HEAT 3" that will be a race that you can enter. After finishing the race you will get one "Ultimate" upgrade if you go to the garage, but I suggest to get in another cop chase and make HEAT 5, that way you will unlock a new race on map named "HEAT 5". After you finish the race you will get one "Ultimate+" upgrade. THE UPGRADES ARE RANDOM! And that's it now you need to spam this strategy for another 5 hours and your done with all ultimate upgrades.
