What is Vegan Mode?
Vegan Mode is a mode that disables the cannibales from the forest.

Why would you want Vegan Mode?

  • To explore the island and the caves without the hassle of the cannibales killing you.
  • So you can build your dream bases without the cannibales coming over uninvited and eatting you for lunch.
How to enable Vegan Mode!
To enable Vegan Mode you have to go to the starting screen which will look like this:


When your at the starting screen you write in veganmode you will know if you have done it when you see this:


I hope you found this guide useful and injoy surviving.

EDIT: to disable veganmode you restart the forest and load your save or start a new game.

It does work on co op not sure whether or not its because the host did it or both (we did both) but its confirmed that vegan mode does work for co op. Aha thanks man!

T-T i'm not sure, i'm guessing if you and you're friend do it and join each other it will work (i'm only guessing).
