Equippable Forbidden Sign

Added a Forbidden Sign accessory, crafted from Forbidden Shards and Adamantite/Titanium Bars.

When equipped in the accessory slot, the Forbidden Sign will be displayed on the back of the character, and the set bonus of the Forbidden armor can be used (double tap the down/up button to call a sandstorm).
When equipped in the vanity slot, the Forbidden Sign will still be displayed, but sandstorm ability will be disabled. The Forbidden Sign will also turn into a dark color (just like the short cooldown period caused by continuously summoning sandstorms using the Forbidden armor).

For all players who like the Forbidden Sign but don't like the properties of the Forbidden armor.
