Beskrivelse
"Control is the means to survival."

Cyberpunk implants, Combine augments, Transhuman, or something else more dark..?
This is a reskin for Breen to give him a much more sinister, futuristic appearance.

Made mostly for fun, just to see how good I can texture, but the concept of making Breen have a more villain-like appearance while also giving him a more than human look with exposed implants and a darker grittier overall look kinda seemed interesting to me.

Totally not inspired by the Illusive Man or Deus Ex

If you have any other replacements regarding face textures or any content you have in your addons folder (that is overriding this mod, then that'll do it.
