Go to any fan in the level 3-4 and just spam your attack, you will get a 100 combo in about 1 minute.

Nice Method, you could also go to a trampoline on any level and idle for few minutes. You can also double jump to speed up the process just do not press anything else. You will sling yourself away and ruin the combo.
