The only way to obtain the achievement is to hit 7 planes with yours without dying, to do so you need to hit some planes (i suggest like 3 or 4) and then shoot at as many planes as you can in the hope that they drop the medikit, after you take the medikit, keep hitting planes until you've killed 7, if you do so the achievement will be yours!!

Note: when i write hit a plane I mean litteraly crash your plane against the others, when i instead write shoot i mean to shoot the planes (I don't think that whoever reads the guide is stupid, it's just that i may have been ambiguous)

L'unico modo per ottenere l'achievement è colpire 7 aerei con il tuo senza morire, per fare ciò dovrai colpire qualche aereo (consiglio 3 o 4) e poi sparare a quanti più aerei possibile sperando che droppino il medikit, dopo che avrai preso il medikit continua a colpire fino a quando non arrivi a 7, se lo farai otterrai l'achievement!!

Nota: quando scrivo colpire intendo letteralmente schiantare il tuo aereo contro gli altri, quando invece scrivo spara intendo sparare agli aerei (Non penso che chi legga la guida sia stupido è solo che mi rendo conto di essere stato ambiguo)
