I'd 100% be down to play a game that looked like this today if it had interesting quests, meaningful choices in story and character building, (mostly) predetermined, actually unique loot, and a variety of (mostly) non-scaling enemies. Or in short, everything increasingly contrary to Bethesda's RPG design philosophy since Oblivion.
