How to do the Glitch
Walk to a thin wall and go parallel to it. Make sure the wall is on the left. Press "V" to go to Emotes. Click on the "Fainting" emote. When the goat falls press "Q" to ragdoll. When you ragdoll your goat will go through the wall. Press "Q" or "Space" to get back up.

the rocket boots can help clip to by pressing F

how to go through the ground: get up really high in the sky using 2 rockets at a time or use the stilts then ragdoll then you fall like meteor through the ground!

you can also dance as tall goat to clip through thin walls

dude i know and if you headbutt and ragdoll at the right timeing you can get through walls-!

Some additional ways
-You can clip through corners with a ceiling by spamming rocket boots and daredevil helmet ability
-Falling from high enough, especially in the Multiverse of Madness DLC
-Using the mjolnir's hammer head gear item in the dlc and going underwater can allow you to not only get of bounds while going towards land sometimes, notably in the dlc area but also can give you goofy camera angles

Ragdoll way seems to be the most simplest way, but there's others I'd figured I should mention
