Yup, the Automaton buildings with the flames coming out of the hatches.
Things that work.
  • Any strikes aside from smoke and stuns (gas works if it's close enough or in a hatch)
  • Any resupply, turrets or weapon drop pods [In vent or on top]
  • Grenades [In vent] (any apart from smoke, gas and stun)
  • Grenades cont...G-123 Thermite grenade [anywhere on the structure]
  • GP-31 Grenade Pistol [In vent]
  • R-36 Eruptor [In vent]
  • Quasar Cannon [In vent]
  • CB-9 Exploding Crossbow [In vent]
One more thing that works.
  • Rocket launchers
Rocket launchers are able to damage fabricators anywhere with the 2 best being the AET (One shot) and the spear (also a one shot)

another is eruptor rifle, for at range. require finicking but very good if you can.
