Andalusian Anthem - The Green and White Flag

Simple mod that adds as music track to the game the official anthem of Andalusia, Spain.

The anthem, called The Green and White Flag (La Bandera blanca y verde) was composed by José del Castillo Díaz, former director of the municipal band of Sevilla, and its lyrics written by Blas Infante, an Andalusian figure widely considered to be the father of modern Andalusia.

The song will play/not play under the certain conditions (assuming context sensitive shuffle is turned on)

• Very high chance during 28th February (in real life)
  
  
• Normal chance while playing Andalusia
  
  
• Slightly rarer chance while Andalusia exists and you know them
  
  
• Will not play otherwise

Mod should always work no matter what game version, unless Paradox somehow changes how music modding works.
