If you are trying to click to 13 or get the bad ending achievement (the secret one) than do the following steps;

when the quit buttons start moving around than move to an open area where there are none, then left click as much as you can before the opening closes.

you can click anywhere on screen so move around to preferably one of the corners as that has the highest chance of being open.

when the buttons start speeding up than be more diligent and don't spam as much.

that is how you can pass the buttons with ease.
