Приветствую людей столкнувшихся с бесконечной загрузкой флота Кэнуэя. Проверя всю доступную информацию я нашел фикс который сработал.

Нам нужен файл с нексус мода. А именно .exe файл игры. https:// /www.nexusmods.com/assassinscreedivblackflag/mods/426?tab=files (удалите пробел) этот фикс решит еще несколько проблем, но нам интересен только флот. После скачивания и распаковки файла нам необходимо зайти в папку игры и на время переименовать исходный файл запуска игры (AC4BFSP). Затем в папку переносим РАСПАКОВАННЫЙ файл запуска и добавляем на конец .exe и запускаем игру с данного файла. На данном этапе я зашел во флот и все заработало.
