Now this is really simple everyone. If you are stuck in the freedom restricting server capacity screen, then simply perform the following.

• Press Alt+F4 on your keyboard.
  
• Alternatively, you can Ctrl+Alt+Del or Ctrl+Shift+Esc and close the Helldivers Exe.
  
• Find some roombas or bugs in your area and teach them about Democracy
  
• or play another game..
