Just tried different methods and finally fixed the weird flickering / ghosting issue with LukeFZ FSR 3 Frame Generation Mod for Banishers Ghosts of New Eden as you can see in video that HUD and Subtitles are enabled and there is no flickering / ghosting issue.

1) Download this, extract files to "Banishers Ghosts of New Eden\NWD\Binaries\Win64" run the game

Pass: cyber_flame

2) Go to in-game Video settings, set "Anti-aliasing / upscaling to "NVIDIA DLSS"
3) Select DLSS-SR to "Quality" or "Balance" or whatever good for you i.e. according to your GPU to gain maximus FPS
4) Turn on "DLSS-FG"

Run the game and enjoy.......

Note:
In case if you still face Flickering issue then just go to settings, Video, turn off DLSS-FG, run the game and then Turn On DLSS-FG again
