I've been seeing a lot of users having problems converting their profile from their mobile device to the PC version. I can assure you it's a user error.

Log in on your mobile and where you would hit "Start" on the first screen check to see what server you are on. For example, I'm on "Sky Fantasy".

On that page, click on "Account" and verify what email your profile is attached to.

Now go on to the PC version, change the server to match what was on mobile and log in with the same email.

Your Avitar and all associated items will be there just as you left them on your phone.
