You can view all the content from the Region's Quests in one play-through, you would just have to exit the Dialogue/Quest (Press the X) before you close the Dialogue/Quest box and it will reset the quest.
Any items you do use such as a lock picks or gold/coin will be used and you can kiss those items goodbye, even if you close the quest, POOF, you will just lose those items forever.

Anyways, this guide is for every correct dialogue option for each Region's Quest for MAXIMUM LOOT...

except for maybe (Two) Outliers that I can't just can't seem to complete.
