[BNW] Agla's Kingdom of Goryeo

Adds Taejo of Goryeo to the game.

UA: Ten Injunctions - Shrines and Temples increase your cities growth by 10% each and one Artist Specialist per city*. Cities following your Main Religion gain doubled Trade Routes Length and +10% Naval Production, if coastal.

UU: Jungangun - Unique Pikeman replacement of Goryeo that attacks first with a weaker range attack. Can move after combat and is slightly cheaper to build.

UB: Celadon Kiln - Replaces the Workshop, which has a weaker production percentage output. Yields +1 Production on Artist and +1 Culture on Engineer Specialists. +1 Gold is added to your Trade Routes, aswell as for the trade partner.

*Only one Artist Specialist Slot regardless if you have a Shrine AND Temple in one city.
