Mid. You have no mobility at all, play very cautiously at attack from max range. Shrapnel has 2 charges, use it to slow enemies in a big range when needed but don't use it to lane and don't level it up more than once. Skill stats instead (at levels 13, 14, 16) by going to the bottom of the talent menu. Headshot basically puts units to a hard stop for a tenth of a second. You can activate Take Aim with E to guarantee a headshot at the cost of slowing you. Use Mask of Madness's active to headshot the hell out of heroes.
