It is based(and changed a little bit) on this chinese guy guide:

How it works
  • Play extreme Arena
  • Max Curse(for enemy count), Gold income(to exchange it for crystals in the end) and CDR(for Paladin's Incincibility skill as main) to become almost invincible and rich
  • Get achievement without sweat in about 2 hours

What you should mind during the Run
  • Get your party members only after 3rd minute Boss (The curse for every Hero rises and it is too difficult for 4 members from get go)
  • First skills of Paladin and Alchemist should be recycled
  • First - upgrade your attack skills, then - buffs. Or you will lack damage.
  • Take the main upgrades during LVL ups first, don't be scared to reroll several times to get at least one of them. Or choose something for damage(crit, power and so on) and HP(at least 3-5 times)
  • Visit shop every 50-100k after you upgraded all you skills. You should buy/get all the items. In the long run this gold is nothing, but the items will help you a lot.
  • Don't forget to visit Library. (My first visit was on 20th minute and all books were already gathered)
Bonus
  • You can change the build a little bit by changing Bard for Necromancer( because of curse bonus and extra minions for front line). But then you should also change some skills to keep the ratio 6 skills of flame element and 3 of another (Darkness for example) to proc Talants. This is not mandatory but still.

  • You can try to change build completely minding the main aspects (curse and gold income). But don't forget that build was based on some synergies so don't ruin them, or at least try to create your own. For example the Fans of Enchantries scale from gold amount, and Alchemist passive gives gold income - so these two are pretty much must have.

@Lukinhas sorry, but I don't really remember how ro inlock her in details.

What I remember:
- You need to have oner free hero slot (or you won't open it even if you did everything right)
- take quest to find someone or to help someone
- go to some bandit camp gather info
- then go to the village
- you need to go to the church first than to the house. There you will find some kind of pendant. then you go to the forest. talk to druid girl then you go to the mines and clear them of some bad guys

it was pretty much everything to unlock her, as i remember

@Lukinhas you should buy Talents power up) Then on some lvls you will be given a choice what talent to learn. You will choose 3 times during one run.
