Kuvaus

A sneak peek of the map that I'm currently working on, which is currently a work in progress.

Maps name:
mg_spicytomatoplaza_zombiearena

Meant to be a very spooky and cool zombie and combine fighting map (with waves), which will also involve a story (am writing a script for it). The map is inspired a lot by Ravenholm. I wondered what a Ravenholm themed city would look like, so I made it, and I think I did a pretty decent job.

Teh Story (so far):
So basically, I'm planning on it being a very silly alternate timeline of Half Life 2, which diverges from the main story once Gordon arrives at Odessa's base in the coast. After Gordon arrives at Odessa's base, he, Odessa, and a huge army of Rebels travel to a far off abandoned city (City 4) in order to order some gourmet pizzas from a hideout located in a church. The city has been abandoned for the last 11 years due to a huge headcrab outbreak, and there are zombies absolutely everywhere.

They arrive in a plaza (named "Spicy Tomato Plaza") and they set up camp in an abandoned hotel. 2 weeks after they've prepared and set up defenses around the plaza is when they feel they are prepared enough to head towards the church, which is where the map begins. Odessa wants to buy some pizzas to bring back to City 17, hand them to the Rebels there, boost their morale significantly with the delicious pizzas, and proceed to start the Rebel uprising. As they attempt to order the pizza, they are attacked by zombies, and then later discovered and attacked by the Combine. The plan doesn't change though, and they all must try their best to retrieve the tasty pizzas from the church, and return them to City 17.

And idk why the fps lowers to 3 sometimes. I think I put in the recording settings wrong. Bruh.
