hello any one there is a 3 way to fix ur problem

please do it step by step

make sure u downloaded and installed all VC++ on Microsoft Page [learn.microsoft.com]
run game if u still get crash go to next step

go to github [github.com]
and download "nfs_hits_cpu90_fix.cmd" copy the file u downloaded and paste that on (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Excalibur) or any folder ur game is installed and run the file on administrator by right click and "run as administrator"
run game if u still get crash go to next step

on ur game files (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Excalibur) u well saw file named user.cfg (if u did step 2) right click on that and press open with note pad copy a number show on "GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount" paste it to a number is showing "Thread.MaxProcessorCount"

DONT CHNAGE ANY NUMBER AND ANY THING JUST CHNAGE A NUMBER OF Thread.MaxProcessorCount

if ur problem is fixed gg stay on best if is not tell me in comments because im trying to contact ea support to fix this problem

Edit:ea support closed my ticket about this problem and they don't fix the problem but this guide well stay forever

I wouldn’t say that this is overclocking, these are the power schemes that Asus gave, there are a lot of tips on the Internet about deleting settings files and the DX12 cache, if you look, I also have a guide, and these steps worked well just a week ago, before the system update .

yes and sometimes pc restart automatic is 10% chance is problem is from over clock (if u did your system over clock ) because need for speed heat have problem same but in first loading and if u trun off over clock anything was fine

Sometimes you can play as much as you want, to the point where you left the computer with the game, then crashes appeared again, tried different power schemes, settings, etc., as if some position of the moon was affecting it. 😂😂if you crash, it’s always just on the desktop without an error

dude dont delete any thing :) is normal i get crash any 5h i playing i keep contact game support until problem was fixed

Hello, buddy, I did everything as told here, step by step, at first everything was fine, and today it’s crashing again, I just have time to enter the game, I play in windowed mode without a frame, I tried clearing shadercache
