Cold Stone Creamery is an American ice cream parlor chain founded in 1988 and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. They make their ice cream fresh in store to deliver their Ultimate Ice Cream Experience where customers can customize their order on stone slab set to a chilled temperature. They also offer cakes, shakes, and smoothies.

The Cold Stone Creamery branding can be removed by clicking on the building and giving it a custom name. Color variation is on the front wood. This allows for a custom building you can create by adding other sign props and color.
