Marks & Spencer (M&S) is a large British retailer founded in 1884 and is headquartered in London. They sell clothes, beauty products, home, and food products. Some locations include M&S Food Hall, a grocery with mainly M&S branded food items.

The M&S branding can be removed by clicking on the building and giving it a custom name. Colour variation is on the metal paneling. This allows for a custom building you can create by adding other sign props and colour.
